Cost per dog: $35.00 pre-registered; $38.00 day of show
Times will be assigned as received. Specific times requested will be assigned as closely as
possible. CERF forms will be available. You will need to have available the dog's AKC
registered name, AKC number, permanent identification number (microchip # or tattoo #),
date of birth and sex inorder to complete the form.
A minimum of 30 paid pre-registrations is required to hold this clinic.
Pre-registration deadline is: April 11, 2012
